We are a Polis (Paphos) based Construction and Developing
Company founded in 1999. Our business consists of two
company’s, namely Construction Company Theodosis Theodosiou
LTD (member of the Cyprus Federation of Contractors and
Paphos Contractors Association) and Th. Theodosiou
Construction and Developing LTD.
The company started of in the construction industry and then
moved into developing. The director Mr Theodosiou, is
personally involved in overseeing his staff therefore offers
hands on experience. You will always find him floating
between the sites. He has a goal to offer quality finish in
good time. Our hand over time is shorter than our
competitors due to us having our own equipment and heavy
duty vehicles. We use minimal sb contracting therefore our
management supervises this. Currently we are going through
the process for the ISO 9001 quality control licence.
We offer in-house Architects and Civil Engineers who
specialise in anti-seismic plans, modern, classical or
traditional structures. We also take on renovation and
redesign of old buildings. Our staff speak both English and
Greek.

Standard hand over includes:
1) Electric and water supply to the property.
2) Title deeds with the purchase.
3) For purchase of land with a package – you get immediate
transfer of the land.
4) The whole site is completed irrespective of whether any
units are un sold.
